I bought 2 crystal creamery chocolate milks yesterday. Dates are good, but both taste like bleach, and my grandson was up half the night puking.
We have always bought this, and so I know something is wrong with it.
I'm 10 miles out of town from the store and highly disappointed. I have the milk and want it inspected.

We have used crystal single serving milk containers at the school where I work for many years. There has been one consistent issue: the containers leak.
Without fail, there is milk running all over the floor of my cooler units. We have to clean up the puddles almost daily after a delivery. They switched cartons for a while during the shortage, and leaks were not an issue.
Since they resumed doing whatever it is they are doing now, it's a constant mess. If I had a different supplier I could go to, I would.
Preferred solution: Id like them to fix the problem. we lose between 4-8 containes with every delivery

I just wanted to say how much I love this milk! I have been lactose intolerant, but I can drink this milk with no problem! The taste reminds me of the milk I used to drink as a child!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received a coupon in the mail which I appreciate very much but I found out after I purchased another half gallon of milk that it wasn’t your fault and I apologize for that.
It’s my refrigerator I guess I still had it turned down to a lower setting for the past winter. The next milk I bought went bad too and it wasn’t your brand (which I have no problem with it’s always good quality) so I’m sorry for my mistake.
I bought a half gallon of your Crystal milk because the brand I normally buy was out. Your milk had an expiration date of 8/05 and it went bad already!!
Thats a week early!!
Im very unhappy and I had to use gas to go buy more milk. Im very low income I cant afford stuff like this to happen plus Im very good about keeping it refrigerated and not leaving it out any longer than a minute.

Milk spoils 7 days before expiration date
Since the first of 2024 in Sacramento County, Crystal's milk spoils way before the expiration date. When I've asked several merchants about this they say somethings going on at the factory...
Best Brand Ever!
This milk is the only milk I've been able to drink directly poured from the carton, in my whole life. It's always so clean and fresh, and doesn't leave a weird 'film' on your tongue or on the roof of your mouth.
It can also be drunk at room temperature - just plain amazing milk. Stores, restaurants and families come to our local store and clear out the cooler to take this milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream home with them because the producers truck doesn't travel to their areas.

Lack of cottage cheese in store
My name is Steve. I have been a lifetime consumer of cottage cheese.
My mother would go to the store when we were kids and my brothers and I would fight over the cottage cheese. We always bought the yellow container of cottage cheese. Quite a few years ago, they changed the recipe. I did not like it and I told them so.
I went years without eating cottage cheese until I found yours. Its the best cottage cheese Ive ever had. Awesome. Now I cant find it in the store where I shop.
The WalMart in Rocklin California. Almost every time I go in there they are completely out or just have 1 container. Please bring more to this store.

I had two bad experiences with packaging where I had to use a knife to get the cream out

Of all the ice cream available at Walmart, Crystal Vanilla Ice Cream has the best taste...also the best price. Definitely beats Breyers or Dryers brand, and Blue Bunnie is supposedly not even real ice cream.
